terms & conditions of a Soft Play City Pass

Non-transferable between locations: Your Soft Play City Pass is valid only at the specific branch or location where it was purchased and cannot be transferred to other branches.

Excludes special events: The pass cannot be used for 'Special Events' hosted by Soft Play City branches.

​

For individual use only: The pass is intended for use by the holder only and cannot be shared with others.

​

Ticket transfers: If you’re unable to attend your booked session, we will be able to transfer your pass if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your booking.

​

Expiry dates: Passes cannot be extended beyond the original expiration date provided at the time of purchase.

​

No cash value: Your pass is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

​

Non-refundable: Passes are non-refundable under any circumstances.
